Welcome Sessions

​Our Welcome Sessions are where it all begins—a relaxed first step designed to make sure we’re the right fit for your student and your family. It’s a chance for us to meet your student, understand their goals and experience, and for you to get a clear, honest feel for how our programs work so you can move forward with confidence.

To ensure the best possible match, we typically require an in-person Welcome Session either at our studio or in the student’s home (Celebration only) before confirming enrollment.

What to Expect at a Welcome Session?
Choosing the right music program is an important step, and we believe it should feel like the right fit for both the student and the teacher. Our Welcome Sessions are designed to give families a chance to meet us, experience our approach, and explore how we can best support each student’s musical growth.  This is a relaxed, no-pressure conversation where we get to know each other.  Our goal is simple: to ensure every student is placed in an environment where they can feel confident, supported, and excited to learn.  

During your 45 minute Welcome Session, you’ll have the opportunity to:

• Meet the owners/instructors and get a feel for our teaching styles
• Share your student’s interests, goals, and any prior experience
• Learn more about our lesson offerings and program structure
• Ask questions and get clear, thoughtful guidance
• Discuss studio policies and expectations

The instructor will also take time one-on-one with the student to:

• Get to know the student and their musical interests
• Introduce foundational concepts through a short, guided lesson
• Observe learning style and comfort level
• Provide personalized recommendations for ongoing lessons​
